Clinical Psychologist Position at the Center for Autism and the Developing Brain (CADB) at Weill Cornell Medicine

Weill Cornell Medical College’s Department of Psychiatry in conjunction with New York-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join our faculty for a position based at the Center for Autism and the Developing Brain (CADB) at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Westchester Division in White Plains, New York.  The individual will be expected to play an integral role in diagnostic assessment and implementation of interventions for children and adolescents diagnosed or suspected of having an Autism Spectrum Disorder. As part of the core training mission of the Department of Psychiatry, the psychologist will supervise trainees, including postdoctoral psychology fellows, and medical residents.  The psychologist will be expected to collaborate with members of the treatment team to run group based intervention for children, adolescents, adults and their families. They will also conduct trainings related to assessment measures and treatment procedures developed and/or used by staff at CADB. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, including the use of the ADOS and ADI-R, and the application of evidenced-based intervention approaches with individuals and families.

Minimum requirements:  Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program and possess or be eligible for NY state licensure.  Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. 

Start Date: Spring or Summer 2018.
