Clinical Psychologist

 

Providence Boyden Family Autism Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Everett, WA.  This center consists of a diagnostic clinic and two early intervention clinics providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.  The diagnostic clinic, a designated Center of Excellence in the state of Washington, provides diagnostic assessments, parent training, and behavior support services to patients 18 months through 18 years.  This position offers unique opportunities to take part in and influence program growth and expansion of services, with the goal of providing increased access to services to the local and regional communities.  

 

Overview:

• Provide diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents suspected of having an autism spectrum disorder

• Provide evidence-based interventions to patients and their families

• Supervise doctoral level practicum students in the area of psychological assessments

• Participate in outreach services

 

Requirements:

• Licensed or license eligible to practice psychology in the state of Washington

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA accredited institution

• Completion of an APA accredited internship

• Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization

• Experience working in a pediatric medical setting

• At least 2 years’ experience preferred
