Child Psychologist to Join a Skilled Team at CentraCare

Be part of the child behavioral health treatment team providing outpatient diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services for children and their families impacted by developmental and autism spectrum disorders.

Interest in therapy and testing in the areas of autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues.
Ability to practice individual and family therapy, with consultation to partial hospital programs and inpatient mental health unit.
Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other medical providers, other specialty care providers and integrated behavioral health
Preference given to licensed psychologists having previous experience with testing and outpatient services in a Behavioral Health Specialty Clinic.

Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Required

Experience: Completion of post-doc training year must be completed prior to start date. Successful candidates will have training, experience, and interest in outpatient psychotherapy and psychological testing.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology must be obtained within 18 months of employment. Licensure at the time of employment is preferred. Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
