About the role
Both Part-time and Growth to Full-Time positions are available.
As a Clinician at Fernandes Psychological, you will be an exceptional clinician, working with and alongside exceptional people who value kindness, inclusion, and health. You will provide excellent psychological services which may include therapy, consultation, and assessments in a mostly (if not entirely) remote private practice setting centered around people with ASD and ADHD. There are also opportunities for behavior management for young children. Our psychologists provide the highest level of culturally competent, trauma informed practices in therapy, coaching, and assessment for individuals with ADHD and/or ASD. We have an interdisciplinary team including psychiatric nurses, BCBAs, clinical psychologists, and school psychologists.
We are currently looking for a passionate psychologist, therapist, or other qualified clinician to work with adults and/or children, who are ready to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and who are committed to clinical excellence in patient care, specializing in coaching, treating, and diagnosing ADHD and ASD.

You have the flexibility to work remotely for treatment and some diagnostics, or if joining our assessment team, possibly in person. Compensation: We offer competitive compensation depending on experience. Part time and growth to full time candidates are encouraged to apply.

About You

You are a lifelong learner, consumer of knowledge and committed to a regular practice of growing your skills.

A well-matched candidate will:
Hold a Doctoral Degree in psychology (PhD, PsyD, NCSP), LPCs, counselors, and clinical social workers are also encouraged to apply
Extremely motivated advanced students are encouraged
Supervision is available
Have an active, unrestricted license in the State of Pennsylvania (preferred) or PsyPact State (preferred).
Available to schedule 20-30 patient sessions per week for full-time or for at least 7- 20 sessions weekly for part-time, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Fernandes Psychological.
Be organized and detail oriented.
Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Have a problem solving, kind, and open-minded mindset.

Be willing to ask questions, seek help, and help others
Flexibility is imperative
Experience with, and a passion for the diagnosis and treatment of ASD and ADHD. Arrangements for training and supervision will also be provided for those interested in learning more about this specialty.
