Message: Compass Behavioral Group is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) who wants to join our multi-disciplinary team. Compass is a community-focused agency providing support to children and families affected by neurodevelopmental issues throughout Virginia. We provide Multidisciplinary Neurodevelopmental Team Testing and Specialized Outpatient therapy in our Clinics.

All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an LCP in Virginia along with at least one year of direct experience working with children and/or adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Job Duties/Responsibilities for psychologists:

- Evaluate and diagnose children and adults according to the DSM-5
- Provide specialized interventions to children, adults, and families
- Maintain expertise in neurodevelopmental issues and various approaches
- Coordinate care with other treatment professionals
- Participate in clinic meetings and trainings
- Engage intentionally in the process of growth

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
